I’ve been working with Dr. Weldon for a few months on a back and shoulder issue. He really knows his stuff, but he’s also able to explain it in a practical way. He always answers in a thorough and timely way. He’s polite and never tries to hurry you if you have questions. He would even follow up to see how I was doing when he hadn’t heard from me for a while. A couple of times when my pain was severe, he even agreed to meet me that day. I saw quick improvement on both of my issues once I started implementing the things he showed me. I’ve been working out a long time but was unable to treat the problem on my own until I went to him. I highly recommend seeing him if you are having pain or discomfort

I highly recommend Pride Rehab & Performance. Dr. Weldon is professional, informative, thorough, and courteous. I really like that his business model is that he is 1 to 1 with his patients. I did not feel like there was any wasted time during our sessions, and everything was geared to getting me better. I feel like he covered all the bases with my assessment and diagnosis. Also, he prescribed individualized routines for my rehab and not cookie cutter programs. Because of all of this I required less sessions and got better quicker. To sum it up, I feel much better just a few weeks in, I am very thankful for Dr. Weldon and Pride Rehab & Performance, and I highly recommend him for your PT needs!

I’ve worked with Dr. Weldon for over 3 years and have competed in 4 powerlifting meets during that time. My total has gone up almost 100lbs from meet 1 to meet 4. Most importantly, though, he helped me do this injury free. He always keeps the long-term goals in mind even while chasing lofty short-term goals. Dr. Weldon has helped me understand the why behind the movements we program, which in turn has allowed me to progress and grow exponentially as a lifter. He also has an incredible eye for the small details that make all the difference when it comes to form or technique. My busy home life requires some flexibility as far as programming, and he never fails to find a way to get me ready to compete no matter what else I have going on. I’ve always appreciated that he is putting in just as much work on his end to get me prepared as I am. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their strength, technique, and knowledge for strength training.
