  • Train with Dr. Curtis at our St. Louis facility using barbells, turf, sleds, and full gym equipment. Every session is custom-tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and performance level — whether you're just starting or chasing PRs.

  • Can’t make it in-person? No problem. You'll receive a fully customized training plan delivered through our mobile platform — complete with video demos, progress tracking, messaging access, and built-in accountability.

  • Each plan includes individualized strength work, mobility, and conditioning elements. We program with intention — every set, rep, and tempo is chosen to move you toward your specific goals.

  • Before we push heavy weight, we assess how you move. Identifying movement restrictions, imbalances, or compensations early helps prevent injury and guides smarter training decisions.

  • We don’t hand out cookie-cutter meal plans — instead, we teach sustainable habits, provide macro guidance when needed, and support you with real-world nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and goals.
