Dr. Curtis Weldon, PT, DPT – Physical Therapist and Strength Coach in St. Louis, Missouri

Meet Dr. Curtis Weldon, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist & Strength Coach for Barbell Athletes in St. Louis

Helping lifters move pain-free, stay in the gym, and return to peak performance — with fewer sessions and zero insurance headaches

A Therapist Who Trains. A Coach Who Gets It.

I’m Dr. Curtis Weldon, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), born and raised right here in St. Louis. I earned my DPT from the top-ranked WashU Physical Therapy program, and I’ve been lifting, competing, and coaching in strength sports for over a decade and a half.

Why do I care? I noticed too many athletes and active adults were being told to stop training just to manage pain — often by people who didn’t understand how they trained in the first place.

That’s why I built Pride Rehab & Performance — a space where you don’t have to choose between rehab and performance. We bridge the gap between injury and optimal training, keeping you active and building strength every step of the way.

Not Your Average PT Clinic

1-on-1 Sessions Only

No aides, no hand-offs, no wasted time. Just focused, hands-on work with me every visit.

Training-Focused Rehab

We treat pain without pulling you away from the barbell or your sport.

Insurance & Self-Pay Options

Use your insurance benefits or choose self-pay care. Either way, your treatment stays focused on your goals—not just getting you through the visit.

Not sure where to start? Schedule a free 15-minute strategy call to talk through your goals and find the right next step.
